Downloads FAQ

Where is the link to my digital products?

The moment your payment is processed, an email receipt containing your download links is automatically sent out. You should receive this email within 15 minutes of placing your order.  If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.

If you can’t find these emails in your spam folder, it’s possible your email address was entered incorrectly during checkout.

You can also find your download links on your account page at store.demmelearning.com.  Log into your account and navigate to the “My Downloadable Products” tab on the left side of the page.  Here you will see a list of all purchased downloadable products, the number of downloads remaining, and the link to download.

If you are still unable to find your downloadable product don’t worry—we’re happy to help you! Simply email or call (888) 854-6284.

Help! When I click the link in my email, I get an error message (or blank page).

First, try clicking the link a second time. We’ve found that even if a link fails to work the first time, it often downloads on future tries.

My computer crashed and I lost my digital products. Can I get replacements?

When purchasing a downloadable product we allow for 6 downloads.  If you have additional downloads available you’ll be able to download a replacement. You can see how many downloads you have avaliable and access your download link when you log into your account at store.demmelearning.com.

May I share my digital products with others?

These materials are for your personal family use only and may not be shared or given away. Should you wish to share your digital downloads with others, kindly provide them with a link to our store.

May I resell digital products or e-books?

Digital products may not be resold.

May I burn my download to a disk?

It’s not a bad idea to create a backup copy, so you’re welcome to save your digital product on a disk for your personal use only. You can’t copy it and sell the copies.

I’m having trouble opening my e-book on my Mac. Any suggestions?

Chances are, you’re trying to open the file using Preview, which is Mac’s default PDF reader. Instead, you’ll want to make sure you’re opening the file with the current version of Adobe Reader. It’s completely free. Once you’ve downloaded (or updated) Adobe, be sure to checkmark “Adobe Reader” as the default reader for PDFs instead of Preview. If you have an older version of Adobe Reader  (earlier than 10.0), you should probably update it anyway.
