Where will my order be shipped from?
WriteShop products are manufactured (printed), warehoused, and shipped from R.C. Law & Co., Inc. in Chino, California USA.
What are your shipping rates?
For your convenience, you may choose from several shipping options. Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order. Once you enter your shipping address, you’ll be able to see your total.
- Standard Domestic Rates: USPS Media Mail
- Priority Domestic Rates: USPS Priority Mail
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: Because Media Mail can take up to 6 weeks to reach these locations, we only use USPS Priority Mail (allow up to 5 business days). If you are not in a hurry to receive your package and would like us to ship via Media Mail, please contact our office and we will assist you by phone.
- APO/FPO: We ship to military addresses via USPS Priority Mail.
- International Rates: We ship to many countries via U.S. mail. Though smaller orders may ship via First Class Mail, most packages will ship Priority Mail International. If the shopping cart is unable to process your order, you may call our office during business hours for personal assistance at +1 909 989-5576.
What about large orders?
Our shopping cart is not set up to process larger orders. If you are a reseller, or you’re placing a bulk order for a co-op or school, we generally ship your box(es) via FedEx Ground. We pack and ship large orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
When can I expect to receive my products?
Digital products are available for immediate download. You will receive email confirmation along with a link to the download. You have 180 days to download your digital items.
We process, pack, and ship most orders within 24 hours. Priority orders received by 11 a.m. Pacific Time usually ship same day.
July, August, and September are our busiest months, so it can get a little crazy around here! We work hard to ensure a 2-day turnaround.
- Packages sent via USPS Priority Mail usually arrive within 2-4 business days. (If your order is picked up on a Tuesday, then Wednesday is considered the first business day.)
- If you choose Standard shipping, your package will be shipped via USPS Media Mail. This can take 7-14 business days to reach you. However, these strange times have created shipping delays from time to time that may extend the wait. If you’re in a hurry to receive your books, we suggest choosing Priority.
- International shipping times will vary.
Larger boxes are shipped via FedEx ground. Depending on your location, it can take 2-5 business days to reach you.
Can I have my purchase sent as a gift?
Yes, we can ship to an alternate address. Just make sure you specify a shipping address that’s different from your billing address.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit Cards: You may use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. We also accept PayPal.
Checks: Please call our office or send us an email explaining which products you wish to purchase. Make sure to tell us your ZIP code so we can calculate shipping and give you a total. Once your check clears, we will ship your package. Please mail checks to:
