We have updated our shopping cart to improve the ordering experience for international customers. If you are still having trouble completing your order, please contact us explaining the problem. We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues you may be experiencing.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship to many countries via U.S. mail, as it is the most cost-effective method available. Though smaller orders may ship via First Class Mail, most packages will ship Priority Mail International.
When can I expect to receive my products?
Digital products are available for immediate download. You will receive email confirmation along with a link to the download. You have 30 days to download your digital items.
If you purchase a physical product, we make every effort to process, pack, and ship your order within 48 hours (not counting weekends and U.S. holidays). July, August, and September are our busiest months, so it can get a little crazy around here, but we work hard to ensure a quick turnaround. We cannot guarantee when your package will reach you, as international shipping times do vary.
What payment methods do you accept?
You may use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. As a rule, PayPal works best for orders placed from outside the United States. You do not need a PayPal account, and you can choose your method of payment through the PayPal link.
