Demme Learning is committed to providing high-quality, flexible learning solutions for a range of needs. We want you to value our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will support you in finding a solution or, if eligible, process a return.

Return Policy Details

We want to make our return process as straightforward as possible. Please review the following information to see if your purchase qualifies for a refund.

Eligibility & Exclusions

  • Physical retail items purchased directly from Demme Learning are eligible for return, provided you are the original purchaser.
  • Some items are excluded from refunds, including digital downloads, active subscriptions, and clearance products. All clearance sales are final.

Initiating Your Return

  • Request an RMA: To return an item for a refund, please call Customer Service at 888-854-6284 prior to shipping the item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  
  • Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs using the carrier of your choice

Third-Party Purchases

  • If you purchased a new product from one of our authorized distributors or resellers, please contact them directly for their return policy.
