    Hi, Heather,

    We received your order on the 6th and ordered a pick up for the 7th. Because our son needed emergency surgery, we left for a few days to babysit our grandson. When we returned home Saturday night, the orders were still here. Not sure what happen with the post office, but we received an email that they had been picked up. That said, your order shipped this morning. I apologize for the delay and will resend your tracking information so you can follow it. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
